About Your Guide
Accreditation
Jess is an accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner registered with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), with a first-class honours degree in Psychology.
Her background in positive psychology - the scientific study of wellbeing and human flourishing - naturally led her to forest therapy, where nature connection and mindfulness combine to support mental and physical health.
Approach
Every session is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered with genuine care. Whether you're looking to manage stress, reconnect with yourself, or simply spend meaningful time in nature, Jess creates a safe, supportive space for your experience.
"I trained in forest therapy because I saw how powerfully nature connection and present-moment awareness could transform people's wellbeing. The research is clear: time in nature, done intentionally, has measurable benefits for stress, mood, and overall health."
“My mission as a Forest Therapy Practitioner is to help people reconnect with nature and cultivate greater awareness of the natural ways we can support our health and well-being. I also hope that reconnecting with nature will inspire people to take better care of their environment.”
